Project Nibeco is an estate project consisting of various residential developments in Lokogoma, Abuja. I was tasked with the design and 3d visualization of blocks of 3 bedroom apartments. The client was heavy on cost efficiency and simplicity in the design. I was tasked with providing a contemporary and cost effective functional design that was eyecatching. The project was designed with all spaces to be functional and follow the proper building code and regulations. The concept of the design was based on the clients specifications especially on cost efficiency. I made sure the design was as simple as possible.
