These are proposed designs for a recreational park in an estate in Guzape, Abuja. This design was given to me during my NYSC posting at Tuxcan Luxury Limited. The concept of the design was to zone the areas out and have proper control and circulation between the areas. I was tasked with designing the site to have a sporting facility, leisure and a playground for children. I made sure all the spaces were functional and follow the proper building code and regulations. I decided to use containers as a secondary structure to control the flow of traffic between spaces on the site. I made sure every house in the estate had their own private cabana for the use of the pool. A standard sized tennis court was provided with a playground and service area.
