These are proposed designs for hotel in Wuse, Abuja. This design was given to me during my NYSC posting at Tuxcan Luxury Limited. No 3 Hotel was initially a 5 bedroom residential development with a BQ and was to be renovated to a 10 plus room hotel. I was given the task to design certain spaces such as the standard room, executive room, reception and restaurant. The designs of all the spaces were made to be functional and follow the proper building code and regulations. The designs of the the standard room proved to be challenging due to the size of the room. I designed the room to be used as a sample room on site to showcase the client what I was trying to achieve in all the rooms in the hotel. This required frequent site visits and quality control. I designed the standard room and executive to have cotton like wallpaper on the walls with the ceiling dropping down at some point to have an air conditioner in it that would look hidden
